Exhibits at DEAF FEST 2007
Q:  Will tables be provided for exhibitors?
A:   Yes. DEAF FEST will provide one table per exhibitor (size 2.5 x 6). You can specify the number of tables needed on the Exhibitor Reservation form. However, no table covers are provided.

 

Q:  Where will the exhibitors be located?
A:   At this time, all exhibitors are open-air. DEAF FEST will provide tents. Please indicate   your preference on the Exhibitor Reservation Form. (We will try to accommodate your tent preference; however, we cannot guarantee it or table location)

 

Q:  Will chairs be provided with tables?
A:   Yes, one chair per table will be provided, and each exhibitor can bring his / her own chairs if necessary.

 

Q:  Will electrical outlets be available in the exhibit area?
A:   Yes, only if you request one and please indicate on the Exhibitor Reservation Form. There will be an additional charge to rent at $40.00.

 

Q: What are the loading / unloading times?
A:   Loading - 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and  Unloading - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

Q:  Is there a special entry road to drive to the exhibit area?
A:   Yes, parking lot attendants will be on hand to direct you.

 

Q: Is there assistance available for those who need help getting their materials from their vehicle to the exhibitor area?
A:   No, exhibitors will have to provide their own hand trucks and workers.

 

Q:  Who is responsible for exhibitors clean up?
A:   Exhibitors must leave the area the way they found it.  Garbage must be bagged with recyclable separated. 

 

Q:  Is there a charge to exhibit?
A:   Yes, see the Reservation Form for the fee schedule for early and final registration  deadlines.

 

Q:  Are exhibit table reserved?
A:   Yes, When you arrive at DEAF FEST, you will be guided to your exhibit table.

 

Q:  Are donations from exhibitors accepted?
A:   Yes, donations are encouraged.  Checks may be made payable to NJDAW, Inc.
